4. Estimates
All estimates provided by AVN House Cleaning are free of charge and do not constitute a binding agreement for either party.
The final price may change if:
- The property's actual conditions differ from the information provided.
- Additional services are requested.
- Additional areas requiring cleaning are identified.
- Special circumstances are discovered at the time of service.
5. Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability.
Although we make every reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled time, appointments may be adjusted due to operational needs, weather conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a schedule change is necessary, we will notify the client as soon as possible.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a travel or scheduling fee, depending on the circumstances.
AVN House Cleaning also reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or events beyond our control. When this occurs, we will promptly contact the client to arrange a new appointment.
7. Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled service date.
If our team is unable to access the property for reasons beyond our control, AVN House Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule the service or charge a travel fee when applicable.
8. Firearms and Safety
The safety of our employees is a top priority.
If firearms are present inside the property, the client must ensure they are unloaded, properly secured, and kept away from all cleaning areas, or temporarily removed by their owner before our team begins work.
Our employees will never handle firearms under any circumstances.
If unsecured firearms are found or if any firearm presents a potential safety risk, AVN House Cleaning reserves the right to immediately suspend the service until the area has been made safe.
If a safe working environment cannot be guaranteed, AVN House Cleaning may cancel or reschedule the service without liability.
9. Health and Safety Conditions
AVN House Cleaning is committed to providing services in a safe environment for both our clients and our employees.
For health and safety reasons, our staff will not perform services involving biological or sanitary hazards, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning or removing animal feces, urine, or other animal waste.
- Cleaning areas contaminated with blood, vomit, bodily fluids, or other biohazardous materials.
- Providing services in areas where a contagious illness may expose our staff to health risks, unless the condition has been disclosed in advance and both parties agree on appropriate safety measures.
If any of these conditions are discovered upon arrival and were not disclosed beforehand, AVN House Cleaning reserves the right to suspend, reschedule, or cancel the service until a safe working environment has been established.
Our goal is to protect the health and safety of both our clients and our employees.
10. Service Conditions
Clients are responsible for informing AVN House Cleaning in advance of any circumstances that may affect the service, including:
- Pets.
- Alarm systems.
- Fragile or valuable items.
- Restricted areas.
- Safety concerns.
- Special instructions.
Providing this information helps us deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality service.
11. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed, AVN House Cleaning will provide all cleaning products and equipment necessary to perform the requested service.
If the client requests the use of cleaning products supplied by the client, AVN House Cleaning shall not be responsible for any damage or adverse results caused by those products.
12. Payment Terms
At this time, AVN House Cleaning accepts the following payment methods:
- Zelle
- Cash
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future and will be communicated to our clients accordingly.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service or according to the payment terms previously agreed upon by both parties.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our team performs every service with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
However, AVN House Cleaning shall not be responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Structural defects or existing property conditions.
- Valuable items that were not disclosed in advance.
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Damage resulting from cleaning products supplied by the client.
Any concerns regarding the service must be reported within 24 hours after the service has been completed.

All content published on this website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Photographs
- Text
- Website design
- Graphics
- Videos
- Marketing materials
is the property of AVN House Cleaning or is used with proper authorization.

In these situations, any payment made will be evaluated according to the specific circumstances of the service and any prior agreements between the parties.

20. Customer Satisfaction
AVN House Cleaning is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
If a client believes that any part of the service does not meet the agreed expectations, they must notify AVN House Cleaning within 24 hours after the service has been completed.
Each concern will be reviewed individually, and when appropriate, AVN House Cleaning may offer a reasonable solution, such as a touch-up visit to address the reported areas.
This policy does not apply to requests for additional cleaning services, changes made to the property after the service was completed, or circumstances beyond AVN House Cleaning's control.
